I boiled eggs for egg salad and found no mayo in the refrigerator. You’ll never believe what happens next!
Take a small saucepan with a lid. Fill with about 1” of water. Add eggs. Cover. Turn heat to medium. When water is boiling and steam coming out of the pan, steam for about 7-8 minutes.
Cool eggs and peel.
For 2 eggs: Add about 1 TBS ranch, 1 tsp sriracha, 1/3 of a stalk of celery — minced, and all-purpose seasoning to taste. Mash eggs with a fork, stirring together.
